Molly & Tutu is unique and essential to make you and your pet stand out in terms of style and charm when using an exclusive accessory.
The collars are handmade, so Molly & Tutu need a few extra days to make them with all the care and quality. Our delivery time is between 20 to 30 business days.
The shipping fee for delivery will be automatically calculated at the time of purchase.
The shipping cost of delivery is calculated based on the delivery location, weight and dimensions of the Product.
In order for Molly & Tutu to be delivered on time and in the correct place, make sure that the registered address is correct.
We ship all of our orders via [USPS/UPS/DHL]. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Standard shipping typically takes 20-30 business days to destinations within the United States. If we have a high volume of orders, shipments may delay a few days. Additionally, delays in domestic and global shipments (such as those caused by COVID-19, holiday volumes, or inclement weather) may affect your delivery date.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your order. After receiving your tracking number, please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking portal to update.
Customs Fees and Import Taxes, Molly & Tutu is not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipment (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
